To guarantee passengers unrivaled service as standard, each Jetsborder flight has two pilots in the cockpit.
The pilots are qualified and closely followed, to ensure maximum familiarity and instinctive reactions to any situation, and train twice a year. Jetsborder cabin crew are trained by the British Butler Institute, MedAire, Norland College and Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
If you are accompanied by one or more animals, we select a team familiar with them.
